Information about making an appointment:

log into the schedule
select an open white block of time that works for you
fill out the form to schedule an appointment
For e-tutoring or live-online appointments, attach a plain Word doc or a “Shareable” google doc. See image below:

click submit to complete the appointment
Re-open the appointment, double-check that documents attached
To join a "Live Online" tutoring session, log back into the schedule a couple of minutes prior to the start of you session, click the "join online consultation" option that appears after the initial appointment has been made. It looks like this:

Our page range protocol is 0-4 pages, 25 minutes, 5-9 pages 55 minutes, and over 10+ pages will require additional appointments. We reserve the last five minutes of each session for tutors to fill out client report forms and confirmation slips if needed.
